Balancing Suggestions

First of all a big thank you to the EF Team u did a great Job!!!  ;)

But there are still a few things to be changed.
My suggestions are those:

-Russian pioneers 3/2 rifles only squad size reduced to 3
-Sniper team maybe a limit of 3. so that a sniper spam with arty ability isn't possible and they are recon units like they should be.
-there should also be a limit for the katyusha (sry don't know right spelling :D) of 2, as like for Calliope by the US army.
-Conscripts should cost pop but maybe only 1 or 2
-there should be a tech upgrade needed for the Russians for the next buildings like: Tech 1: Inf. Building and Upgrade Building , Tech 2: Support Troops building and at last Tech 3: Tank building.
-I would also think that the Mg nest of the Russians should cost 2 points in the doctrine tree.
-maybe u could add a Russian truck which cant carry troops and cant shoot but can secure points for more resource.
-to the producing time of the Russian inf. i think the conscripts should be produced as fast they are, the Strelky should need more time, i mean they are trained soldiers and not guys u just give a rifle like the conscripts. Guards should have same producing time as Streaky.
-Abilities like call in arty or throwing grenade should cost a little munition. Maybe 5 for a Grenade and 25 for the arty strike. Also the col down of the arty should be increased for the sniper team.
-Then the Upgrades should be changed: 1.st Conscript upgrade is good but when they have more rifles they are a useful infantry so they should cost more pop 3-4 i would suggest.
-the upgrade for strelky should add like 3 smgs 1 lmg and the rest have rifles.
-the fire grenade for mortars should cost 150 mun., because its has a huge damage and area. Also the firing of a fire grenade should cost 15 mun.
-For the Mortars i would suggest that u change them to a mortar like germans and Us have not that arty like big Boom.
They could be Upgraded to how they are like now in the Armoury for 300 mun or u make for em a ability of a 120mm bombardment.
-Then u should change the ISU-152 should be only called in once in game like for germans the king tiger. maybe same for KV-2.
-Engenery double flamers should cost 100 mun. 50 for 1 flamer like 4 all other factions.


That's all 4 the moment, but please don't think wrong of me i love this mod but there is still work to do so that it will be even better  ;D.

I agree... Great job,I think its an awsome mod!! I have played many games now and dont feel the russians are OP at all,the 1st couple games,got my azz handed to me,but once I learned their strong and weak points and altered my stratagy,it became a much closer game. I would hate to see it change too much and become exactly like the other factions.
