Micro basically means 'micro managing', aka keeping an close eye on and constantly moving and manipulating unit(s) to get the best out of a situation. An example of this is often done when trying to take out a powerful enemy tank in game. You micro several of your own tanks to try and out maneuver and destroy that powerful enemy tank.
