How to play EF with Opposing Fronts 2.301?

I play it by the shotcut RelicCOH.exe -modname Eastern_Front -dev
when loaded,it showed AI error
I don't like to play EF with COHTOV

You can only play EF in 2.601. Why wouldn't you want to play in ToV?

Sorry, path 2.601 contains a crucial fix without which the mod is not playable.
