I know the devs have said they are looking to nerf USSR strating resources and I believe this among A LOT of other things is needed.
But I also think the "high resource" option should be scaled, that is, if it gives USSR a bonus it should give Axis an even bigger one. This is only needed because of the current state of imbalance.
If it was up to me high resources wouldnt even be an option, but since so many people seem to rely on it and it makes USSR that much more OP, I think it needs some kind of tweak.
