Hi i'm am the Member of the Eastern Front Fan Association of the Philippines .this is the first time that I played this Mod, after almost Four Years of Waiting.well you see I feel kinda uncontented in this Mod because when I'm in the in game screen and start Building some of Troops and I noticed it that some of your Soldiers don't know know to Speak English,even the Tank Crew,because I don't know how to speak Russian,Serbian,Whatever .I came to the right decision thatyou should Create a "Special Patch" so that your Soldiers Speak English fluently with some Russian
Accent.(that's a Part of the very old law Order No.00330)
just like Original COH that the Axis Speak english,in the Game,
accodring to my studies..Remember There are "Good Things" will be Happened,if you do this Task

The soviets need the observational post because if you want to up the upgrades you need a lot of munition and if you build an OP you can win more munitions and fuel. Please add this using a patch.

This mod is quite interesting. I am still getting used to Soviets swarm spamming my wehr but I look forward to finding a way to counter that.

My first impression/feedback:
 Ive been waiting for the SU since spring 09 and on 21|01|10 the mod was released. ->download,install,play.
i think my "grade" would be 4/10. The best feature of the mod are the new maps. "Berlin" is quite a nice map(e.g). But the SU is too strong!!!!
For gods sake! Normal motar sould be 120mm? only three buildings till IS-2/T34? many (!) spawnable ISU´s? C´mon...
Nearly all russian troops are equipped way too good.  There´s no real german aswer on the russian mass of troops (especially in the first phase of a duell - i know some troops arent armed, but the hmg42 cant handle the mass of troops).
Some examples: Artillery is buildable for all com.trees, thats not fair at all for axis. No new com.tree for axis. SU motars and artillery too strong. Too many Units. No tank-duell balance - tankbuilding of Su is too early buildable. The observational point must be limited (2 e.g).
Compare to Blitzkrieg Mod. Way better.
BUT The idea and some parts of the SU are very good. Nice skins and so on. IM looking forward to the "Ostheer" and a few patches.

just putting old things together in a different way (buildable pershing and stuff)
your mod is great
