Personally, I enjoyed understanding what my units say. So that's why I'm wondering if there's an option for the Russians to speak English. All the other factions said some pretty damn funny stuff and I hope the Russians say stuff too.

Here's the reason why we don't have our own speech files (quote of mine from translation forums)

Currently the soviets contain 29107 speech files, over 2256 folders. With a total size of 410782358 bytes (391 mb).

No, there isn't. You'll have to wait until we have the 1000's of relevant English Russian accented sound files needed... which may take a long time.

You get used to the Russian anyway, you start to understand what they're saying.

 I can get you French AND english Russian accented
 sound files done in 2-3 days top!

 Yea, well, ok maybe not 2-3 days but maybe 5-6?
