Really long Cooldowns

The Red army has some of the most deadly Doctrine abilities seen in CoH from God of War to L2 Sturmovik call in,

The thing is that since the Red Army dosent need muntions to use these and some other ablilities they just have a really long cooldown or recharge, or whatever you call it, the question is how long is too long?

There has been talk of cooldowns as long as 20min, 20min is a long time in CoH especially in 1v1 games, I mean you rarely see a V1 Rocket used twice in one game, and how long does it take a V1 to recharge?

I'm sure the devs are fully aware of the pros and cons of this type of system and knowing this they will make the cooldowns equitable with the other factions.

I'd imagine that we could expect to use abilities like 'Not One Step Back' and 'Inspiring Speech' every 5-10 minutes, something like the IL-2 every 10-15 minutes and a crazy arty barrage like God of War once every 30-40 minutes.

Compare this to current abilities where you use minor doctrine boosts like tank repair quite often, or the air support/artillery call-ins 3-4 times a game and as you mentioned something like the V2 usually only once a game.

Seeing as most non 1v1 games run 30-45+ minutes, these timers would be pretty balanced.
