I would love for this happen. However I don't think this would go over well in terms of legal issues. I would imagine the easiest way to do it is if the mod creators hand over full ownership of the mod to THQ/Relic - which some people may not like :/

Imagine if one of the developers agrees to handing over the mod but then turns around and sues Relic for intellectual property theft.

Well, how do the DEVs feel about forcing the mod unto Relic, to make sure they make it to be the 'official' version? Everyone's GOTTA play soviets
