Negative resources
« on: November 23, 2009, 12:09:50 AM »
Two questions.

1. If you build enough Conscripts will your upkeep be larger than your income, and will this in time result in you getting negative manpower?

2. What does it looks like if you blow them all up with a V1? (picture please)

My guesses

1. You officially have a Russian economy, so congrats

2. That would be fun to see

 - Ford Prefect, make your posts not as wide, please ;)
 - As for Conscripts, actually, they use up no upkeep. Since
they are not fed. That is why their life point keeps going down
on it's own ;) (Helps put a cap on them, yknow) Pesky conscripts
 ;)
You know, there are many people in the country today who, through no fault of their own, are sane. Some of them were born sane. Some of them became sane later in their lives. It is up to people like you and me who are out of our tiny little minds to try and help these people overcome their sanity

If you're fighting against them, they sure are!
Like ants, keep squishing them, but more keeps
 coming at you ;)

 Pop of 0-1...
 No one said no upkeep!!!

like 1 pop per squad or 1 pop per soldier? :P
cause that would make it boring, since all other inf has 1 pop per soldier, except for the heavy elite dudes.

Why not before the upgrade? it would hardly matter if it is only a single pop cap per squad, and you would eliminate the problem.

The NKVD/Commissar is trained and thus worthy of 1 pop.
 The conscripts are not.
