Why when i try to call in a reinforcment when HQ is destroyed i can't because he say to me: unable to perform action? (Play with Ostheer).

Sounds like a screwed up requirement in the files, I'll get somebody here that might know what's going on. Meanwhile what's your game version? (CoH and EF)
