What do you think about 7.5cm leIG?

I played 2.3.0.0 with a friend

And i think 7.5cm leIG is very strong

because I can be produced 7.5cm leIG from 1tier

i can provide Bombardment too soon

i think  7.5cm leIG is appropriate for 2tier at least

This game is between Kesik123 and Meattoilet and works out almost identically to the other game Kesik123 posted. This game is much shorter though were Kesik123 (sovietplayer) gives up as soon as his concripts takes a LeIG18 shell to the face!

So soviet builds an outpost on the same, damn fuelpoint.
But this time it is conscripts that get hit by two LeIG 18 close to the church instead.

I watched the replay and uploaded the two important screenshots. Before and after halfhealth conscripts get hit by two leIG 18

The thing is, that the conscripts were NOT annihilated!   sovietplayer was lucky that his conscripts spread out as much as they did cause my first thought was that the LeIG 18 didn't do enough damage or enough splashdamage.

Also, the sovietplayer surrenders 10s after the screenshot. He had an outposted +10 fuel and one more fuel/munitionspoint than the Ostheer player so he wasn't out of the game. Bit on the backfoot but definetly not beaten.


HOW in the unholy do you get images to SHOW??   Tried for half an hour now!

Leig sucks due to the fact that the shells are weak and only can be fired periodically.

leIG seems all right now, after they buffed its damage and AOE in latest patch, however, is it really suitable for Offensive than Defensive? It's slow, cannot fire all the time so it has to be babysitted a little, and it's range further encourages to keep it deeply behind the lines. It struggles for its usefulness with Mortar, though, with which I am able to get more kills.

Leig is more trouble than it is actually worth. It hurts you more than the enemy since it is a manpower drain to constantly re-crew, while dealing little damage at all in return. The Leig is one of Darcreaver's mistakes that took part in costing him the game when i beat him in a 1v1 (one versus one). On the other-hand, the regular mortar is more useful and likely to get more kills over the course of the game.
