i can't play multiplayer my Host and Join option is greyed out ?! anyone can help ? it is really bugging me ?

Do you try to play with 2.602 or older versions of Company of Heroes? Because CoH servers were turned off in May of last year - so you can't play "online" there anymore.
It has been replaced with Company of Heroes - New Steam version that you can play with Valve's STEAM platform.
