Bug EF 2.21 AI lagging my game ?

I wanna report an bug 

every time i play an skirmish game , Its Always  lag when I play as the ostheer .
I played only against easy AI (didn't  played against normal hard or expert ).
my AI log files are all empty for some reason .

so I thought lets test it by online pvp battles , as result no lag .

if its needed i will record my problem to see what I mean.

OK, that's just inconsiderate.  Damn PvP elitists.  I do both, and both are fine.

For me, at least, the AI seems fine.  Doesn't lag.

I think I know my problem

 I installed Coh new steam version only , then Eastern front.

later I enter the codes of Opsesion front en tales of valor becuase i found my lost keys.
later I installed them.

may this cuase my problem ?

No, it is not. When you play as Ostheer does it lags? Could you upload a replay where the AI lags as Ostheer? It doesn't matter if you finish that game though, but it should demonstrate the issue.

You do play CoH without issues I suppose .

I found an new update for my graphic card
problem things where bugged bud its all fixed now
