i don't seem to see any posts on this yet so here goes.
so i've been playing as Russian for a few days now and i've noticed that my Observer Teams most of the time have the Sniper Concealing Smoke ability, on much fewer occasions the button is replaced with Observe. i've not been able to replicate the issue mention nor control what ability my Observer Team gets. I've not been playing Russia for a quite a long time before v1.8 so im not sure if Observer Teams are suppose to only have 3 abilities now, as apposed to the 4 skills that had before.
if i manage to find my Observer Teams with the Sniper Concealing Smoke ability again, i'll try and get a screenshot.
