EF 2.2.1.0
COH 2.700.1

I can use Ostheer maps and all other armies, including Soviet.  But on any map when I select Ostheer as my army or as the enemy the game loading screen stalls then crashes.  The OS is Japanese so the error tells me it's a 'Temp folder' problem of some sort.

Probably this is the solution to your problem?

Hello, everytime i start a game. It doesnt matter on whitch map i play or whitch gamemode. The game freezzes on first second but i can klick to everything and get a information about it. For example
i click to a unit and see his status....but then when i click to the menu button and go back to game it works normally but when i play with unlimited populationlimit it is in normal poulationlimit :/

AND when i play it with a friend online it freezes also but there doesnt work this with menu and back its still frezzed.

i have the new steam version 2.700.1 and the newest update of ef from the launcher and windows 7 HP 64bit

Hi all Eastern Front Staff! i don't play on eastern front mod from many time and today i try to update the mod.
After download i change folder destination:

game setup tell me: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\...\...\"

to

C:\Program Files (x86)\THQ\Company of Heroes\

i change because i don't have a game "Steam version".

After all update i try to play with American-soviet VS Ostheer-panzer elite on [EF]map

when loading complete, the game start (i can see my HQ) and CRASH!

PS: my game settings not are ULTRA and i have 8Gb ram. the problem not is my pc. The problem is game. What did i do wrong?

I have already installed and updated to the last version of EF. When I'd like to play a skirmish match, after the map loading the game is always shutting down :S I don't know, what sould I do?

Please someone help me!

hello,
i can't get EF to run. i installed the mod and updated to the latest version. i am using the latest steam version of ToV. after choosing skirmish mode, picking a faction and a map, the map loads fully, i click the 'press any key' button, and the moment the actual battle screen shows, the game crashes to desktop. i tried lowering the settings to ABSOLUTELY HIDEOUS, but it didn't change anything. and i can run regular ToV with most stuff set to 'ultra' relatively smoothly. the crash does not generate a .dmp file in my temp folder, and there doesn't appear to be anything of note in the warnings.log, but i'm attaching it just in case. any ideas?

I have installed the last version of EF coh mod . But after 2 minutes of game my game crash... ( version 2.700)

At this moment I play with settings:

- Map : Le scheld
- Fac : soviet
- mode : anniliation
- with 5 cpu ....

Thx for reporting. It's a known issue and will be patched with the next EF release.

You are playing Eastern Front using CoH v2.602. EF is not compatible with that version, unless you used the compatibility fix, then it means you installed it in the wrong place.

Is the Ostheer supposed to be working? I have tried varios maps but I keep getting the Fatal Sacar error. This is on both vanilla versions, Steam Relaunch 2.700 and TOV 2.602.

I'd recommend to uninstall, delete what it is left and reinstall EF. Because these errors means you have conflict in your EF build, which no one else has, so it has to do with your installation and not with the mod itself .

OK, thanks for the tip. Seems strange I get the same error in both versions though. Will do though.

If you installed them in both folders it seems odd indeed. If you just installed it in one and just copy/pasted the mod in the other CoH folder then there is nothing strange in that situation.
