Donation doesn't mean that you will see what is already done. You'll get beta access but the beta hasn't be launched yet. Also donators get changelogs & patchs sooner than normal human beings.

The Beta would usually be closed to everyone, donators get in as more of a thankyou gesture from the Dev team than as paid entry. Even then you have to realise it wont be the finished Ostheer so most of the time id think would be running into bugs and then reporting them so that when everyone else comes to it, they have it bug free on their first go thus avoiding trolls complaining bout bugs and or balance.

As for pay safe hopefully thats resolved soonish.

Well seeing how the Ostheer are still seemingly only roughly half way through and seeing how this is a mod which typically always maintain closed betas and more times then not will have seldom open beta phases...

For obvious reasons, ie they already recruited their designated beta testers etc...

Yes, you will need to wait more because as @Jagder said, we are still working on the beta.

Also, could you avoid to zombify topics? being this one almost 2 years old, you would be a bit excusable if your post was relevant at least(because you already know the answer of what you are asking) .
