I was thinking that A great equalizer for the PTRD, since it's the weakest of all AT-weapons should be to give it the ability that PE AT Halftracks get for De-treading vehicles. Historically speaking this was the primary use of AT-rifles as they had become nearly obsolete for penetrating even rear armor without getting dangerously close to the enemy tank. This new ability would certainly give AT squads a new use in the game however this ability would render their De-treading mines almost completely useless. I'm also not sure if Naval Infantry should be given this ability aswell if they have PTRDs or if it should be an AT squad exclusive. I would like some insight if this ability would conform to balancing or not and if it sounds like a good idea. Thanks.
