Make Katyusha

There are many Iconic Squads in the Soviet Faction of EF_mod. One of the most enduring is the Katyusha Rocket Launcher. I think it should be available every game. The Ostheer will have the Panzerwerfer42 available every game. The Katyusha could be changed out for the Soviet Fire base. The Firebase could even be used to replace the OBR_76.

Wehr also have arty, even 2 that can be builded every game, so 1 Ostheer unit isnt soo much to ask for Katyushas to be buildable

Kat is already pretty powerful even when limited to 3 units and a doctrinal call in, having every single player be able to build Kat's in every game would just be an arty shitfest even if it was nerfed beyond belief. It's absolutely fine as a doctrinal call in, that's where it should stay.

first of all
we dont gonna change soviet design in the near future

we dont even have your patch 1.7 out (with some balance and design fixes)

next is that soviets have non doctrinal arty which they can always build with an similar range then doctrinal arty of other factions

then ostheer has no other non doctrinal arty and panzerwerfer acts like an bit stronger nebelwerfer from wehrmacht
