Is the IS-2 just the same as a Vet 3 Persh? And I hope this tank gets an accuracy boost as it misses so much or a boost agaisnt inf.

It is more like a bigger panther with more health with a gun that has as much accuracy against inf as a stug.  An IS 2 can't win against a tiger like a vet 3 Pershing can.

The IS-2 vet is completely different to the Pershing vet. IS-2 gets accuracy boost, reload boost, range boost where Pershing gets speed, penetration, damage.
