Explosion not visible when using British artillery
« on: June 03, 2012, 05:14:39 PM »
Hi,
I'm using the latest version of EF. I've only recently been playing with the British in skirmishes against AI. I noticed that when using the 25 pounder howitzer, explosions are not visible when it's a direct hit to a German building, even though I can hear the sound of the explosion. Anyone else notice this ?
Thanks.    :)

If an explosion hits a building in the fog of war you can't see the explosion.

If I, the player, can actually see the building, is that still considered as fog of war ? ???

Thanks Cranialwizard

You can see neutral units in fog of war, if you have a unit near the building then it is not covered by fog of war.

Although I don't think it is a bug, since we have not modified british projectiles.

I forgot to say that I did see the explosions when they landed near the building; as long as it wasn't a direct hit. It's a minor thing anyway.

Thanks. :)
