Rear mounted MG on IS-2 and KV-1?

IIRC, many variants of IS-2s and KV-1s had a rear mounted MG on the back of the turret like one you might find in the front hull of a tank. Would it be possible to add this in (because as far as I know, it was pretty standard)

I'm not requesting an MG42 type weapon but just a kind of weak one that can dissuade infantry away, like possible the hetzer's MG or if neccesary, something along the lines of a Panther MG. I feel this would help somewhat in their "Breakthrough" roles.

It's possible but is a low priority, you'd need a new model
