Combiner Mod Soviet MP Income

Not sure if this was intentional, but if i play as Soviets when  i use Combiner Mod they get a 540 manpower income (2X) compared to the regular 270 Manpower income.

Well afaik we can't do anything at all. You'll probably have to reporr that to the combiner mod developer.
