The mod works but with a minor detail missing. I can't play as the soviets. I can't even play against them. Can someone help me? I have the non-steam.

If you don't have soviets, and can't play against them, the mod does not work lol. You will need to a) post more details, such as error messages and exactly what happens when you execute the mod and b) check the other threads in this section for a solution to your problem. Someone has surely had your problem before.

The fact i that I start the mod, choose skirmish but when I choose Soviet Union as my, or AI faction, is says "You can't use Soviet Union". What can I do? The forum has so many threads and it will take me hours to find an answer if there is one.

It's ok I just re-installed COH and it worked. But now I have another problem. When I start to play as the Soviets the game crashes just as I choose the engineer-type unit. Can someone help me?

You need to update CoH to 2.602 in order to play EF.
