Tigers becomes Healthy Again

When being a noob today, I played regular COH today shedlt(I always kick butt on that map ;D),  I immobilized a tiger. Then someone else rangers came, and shot its engine. Somehow, the engine was damaged, the tiger could move again even though it was immobilized before. Wtf?
