will has ostheer german speech ??
you change it with russians so it cant be hard do it for ostheer

We have to use Relics sounds so there wont be any new dialogues or battle chats or unit voices.

i refering to the voice video killar posted some time ago
there were so much voices i never heared ingame

Why not? Good idea, i heard some voice sounds in youtube (CoH) that i've never heard in game.
