I was looking at the RGD's because I wanted to know that the command squads global bonus's were, but I couldn't help but notice that the offensive vet multiplies damage of your own weapons by 0.93, which would actually be a decrease in damage instead of a increase in damage.
Please explain to me if I am actually wrong.
