Chocolate forum board backgrounds

Of late I find that the background color on the Forum boards and reply threads have changed to a chocolate brown color, making the black text almost impossible to read. When this happens the formatting of Quotes also gets buggered and appears as right justified.

Occasionally when the Chocolate screens occur the outside background wall paper changes fron textured dark brown to a dark steely grey color.

Worst is that this problem occurs only intermitently. (may be one time in six).

Once when this happened My screen locked up but I think that was unrelated.

The problem is that the browser cannot load all the css file of the web page due to the current severe traffic, showing the stuff that could get.

That will be fixed when the traffic starts to fade off. Btw, the only problem with the current style is that the pages visited becomes "invisible" XD.
