Re: question re micro-control

It is a strategy indeed, when decent players are clashing with each other. It involves a great deal of tactics and micro-control as well.
GRID is when all hotkey commands are issued with keys, that visually correspond with their position on the screen and in the orders box. So you end up having up to 15 tightly grouped keys for potentially infinite amount of situational commands.
Ah yes perhaps a paper/ plastic template to place over your keyboard; right? Perhaps the 2d artists could come up with this for inclusion in a retail version of EF. If such a thing is contemplated.

Can anyone send be a link  regarding improving one's micro skills?
EF won't be retail. The most similar thing we can do is what Ubuntu used to do to their dvd's and stuff ;D (don't know if they still do it)... and don't know for how much time we could sustain it.

The only way to improve your micro is to watch replays of skilled players. but at the same time you have to comprehend why they're doing a particular thing as well.
