And your tagline is "Keep cool"? Ppl were just making a little fun after the subject was done for, what's the big fuzz? It's not like its a 10 Page thread, its more like 5 jokes in row.
Normal procedure for a thread like this is just to let it die off, which it would've done anyway cause the jokes were told and that's it. If you however immediately jump on it and close (although there's nothing going on anymore) you'll just create a really unpleasant atmosphere. Same with the OH trenches thread, you're discouraging discussion, people loose interest in creating topics and the forum is dull and boring.
When there is nothing to discuss - or anyone want to discuss -u had not to spam a thread
