As we all know the ISU is way to powerful against tanks but against infantry and At guns i think its just right so my proposed idea for balancing it is keep damage the same but put a modifier when vsing tanks to say .5 and maybe .6 or .7 against heavy tanks as this is whats suppose its to kill. it should still one hit light vehicles considering its mobility i dont think thats a problem either.
Remember that it is slow as shit and can be destroyed quite easily by a few well microed panthers or a couple of shrecks. it also comes quite late in the game.
Barrage should be fine with the modifier and we will have a very useful unit that can be used in competitive 1v1 but wont absolutely dominant tanks.

it kills even larger bodies of troops without trouble, just lost a 2vs2 to sniperteam spam....

And no, I don't think it should one-shot anything other than a bike. The 88 as prime vehicle killer doesn't do that either. If the ISU one-shots then its reload time is without relevance because you already lost the unit without having had any chance to save it. And afaik the devs said the ISU's damage in this patch is horribly broken as it just rapes tanks. (See the other ISU thread)

This is right what i think as well. The ISU is a joke atm. It can even one-shot a panzer IV. no idea what exactly happened to it. But it seems that the beasthunter has gone crazy.

We've explained this in another thread-Unfortunately the ISU gun stats are totally messed up by mistake. We'll amend it next path though
