Over a series of games, we've noticed that the Soviet muntion income level just...mysteriously drops during the game. It happens most often during 1v1s, but has occured in 2v2 as well. When this occurs, we've tried killing off all the Soviet player's units but the income level never completely recovers. There doesn't seem to be any consistant trigger for this, it just sort of happens. As said, it seems to happen far more often in 1v1 games for whatever reason. Here is a replay from a 1v1. Note that around halfway through the game the soviet muntion level is below 10 despite having at least 38 income from points. Even after killing all the Soviets units, there is still ~15 income that's just mysteriously lost.
