Actually thats the first thing I tried next to removing the AI folder entirely to a different location. Unfortunatly that only results in a Fatal Scar error and skirmish games wont work (even with the AI set to Wehr or PE).
I don't really care to play online so it doesnt really matter if the online games dont work though.
UPDATE: Bah...whoever programmed this AI is a real sadist. I found the files for the AI, but if you try to tweak it to make the AI more reasonable, it only makes them harder.
s_personality.start_attack_time = 1200
According to the other difficulty files increasing this number SHOULD make them slower in their attack, but it actually speeds them up. Decrease the value, and they just "zerg rush" you.
s_personality.advance_percentage = 0.00
Same deal here apparantly. I decreased the value to try and slow down their capturing of territory ub whether you increase or decrease the value, the result is still the same and they seem to a advance at a speed clearly indicidant of cheating.

Ok, this actually worked to some extent. They definitly throw away their units more, which is nice, however due to the previous two things NOT working, the actually makes it harder as they are somehow able to spam panthers and motorbikes. It also meant that instead of them sending a few units, them getting massacred, then their being a decent delay until their next attempt it meant that there was instead a constant stream of units.
s_personality.ability_avoidance_percentage = 0.00
To my knowledge this didnt do anything either way. I imagine its supposed to determine if they rush a bunker or try to avoid it...or in the cases of attack that they are more likely to retreat. However it did nothing so I cant really be too sure.
