Question about the Red Army Faction and "world" armament

Good day Gents:

Great Mod, I hope more ppl join the ranks of EF, we need more ppl to play with/against.

One question, am I doing something wrong or why is it I cannot pick up for example AT guns when my crew dies? I see they can respawn IF they are inside the HQ.
