Loading screen on vista

Hi!

I want to amke a loading screen on Vista, bud I don;t have folder data in Program files\thq\CoH.  Where should I make a loading folder then? I made it in My doc. but it still doesn't work. What should I do?

PLS help me, I really have a nice map!!
