Ok where to start. You had a good idea of the units to build to counter him but had some fatal flaws in your teching decisions. You were lucky your opponent wasn't too good (he didn't use retreat) or you would've been completely dominated by minute 2. You needed to build a larger force in the beginning. Command + 1 script + 1 ingenery is not enough. My general build queue is ing, ing, command, conscriptX3 before I decide anything. This gives an early force that can compete with theirs and has good capping power.
In your situation, you floated 600 manpower in the beginning that could of been spent on conscripts but chose to build the support barracks and armoury instead. You didn't even build anything out of it for several minutes, or start building strelky. You actually built a tank depot before you built anything from it. Once you got your T-90 and some tank hunters out you started doing well but your teching was awful.
Also you did well to aim for the cutoffs, an important part of playing on Angoville. If you find yourself floating though, use the tabs at the bottom right of the screen to build new units. It saves you looking back to base and away from the fight. Nice work actually uploading a replay though, I hope to see more of these.
