Simple Ostheer Concept

This is my last Ostheer concept. I've been trying to make a concept that doesn't suck. I will not do any costs and I don't think I will do doctrines. I think the Ostheer should have different stuff, and the Panzer IV. Why Panzer IV? It is an important tank and I think it is like the heart or the most important thing in the East Army. Mr. Scruff's Panzer IV looks cool. In this concept, infantry will have stuff used in 1941 to 1943, like the Karabiner 98k(I think it was made earlier, but I think you know what I mean). Also, vehicles should be things like the Panzer IV and other early Operation Barbarossa stuff. I might have a few ideas that were from other people. Credit goes to them. So here it is:
Headquarters:
Sdkfz 9: The builder halftrack. If a halftrack is most likely to appear very early game, it will most likely be this.
Tier I:
Italian Supporters: 4x man squad. They have MAB 38s and are good units for supporting the Ost Infantry or defending the Pak 40.
Costs 220 manpower.
Mobile MG Team: 3x man squad with K 98ks and MG34. As you might know, the one with MG34 does not have bipod, but can suppress faster than MG42 Grenadiers.
Costs 220 manpower. It costs 220 manpower because the MG34 is not as surpressing as the Wehrmacht or US MG.
Panzerbuchse 39: 3x man squad with Panzerbuchse 39 and Luger P 08s. They can kill light vehicles and infantry.
Costs 180 manpower.
Ingenery POW: 3x man squad. They were captured in war. They have nothing. They are best for building defenses and for just being killed by the enemy.
Costs 80 manpower.
Tier II:
Pak 40: 3x man weapon team. They can take out tanks like T 34s, T 70s, T 90s, Stuarts, and the M3 Halftrack.
Costs 350 manpower.
Ost Infantry: 6x man squad with K 98ks. They can be upgraded to have Flammenwerfer 35, Panzerschreck, or G41. They are the backbone of the Ostheer. Infantry were important in Operation Barbarossa.
Horch 1a. A transport vehicle able to transport 1 squad of a maximum of 4 units.
Cost 270 manpower.
Semovente 47/32: An Italian tank used by Germany on the Eastern Front. This is that "Stuart" that can be used to annoy players.
Tier III:
Stug III: Assault gun. One of the first vehicles capable of taking on many of the good allied tanks.
Panzer III: Medium tank, used for T 34s. You can also use Panzer IV, but you can get this earlier resource wise and Tier wise.
Elite SS: 4x man squad. They have MP40s and can supervise Ingenery POWs, and can also repair vehicles too. They are great fighters as well.
Tier IV:
Panzer IV: A Medium tank. This can take on KV 2s and T 34s better than Panzer III. You don't really need it, but I want it in the Ostheer.
Costs 450 manpower and 75 fuel.
Tiger I: Tiger. It is a powerful tank, but only 2 can be present at a time. Destroyed ones can be replaced.
Costs 900 manpower and 160 fuel.
Brummbar: Good for infantry spam
Costs 650 manpower and 120 fuel because I think it is better armed and armored than the Panzer IV Infantry Support Tank.

It sucks my friend
. Now on to reality. Its a well worked concept. But it has many concepts from other factions. That's not always a bad thing but should be kept to a minimum.
The tier trucks are like building a barracks or such, but it comes off map. That creates a certain disadvantage because it can't move, but it can't be built with multiple people, so in a way its a building that you call in. Kinda of a waste. If you make it trucks make them movable (reason Brits can't build-up the trucks faster is because they can move thus making it a sacrifice for mobility of unit deployment to the front), if it's in fact an immobile building then don't call it in.
Now your POW shouldn't be armed cause Armed POWs = Dangerous POWs, make them "armless" and have them work when under a units supervision (perhaps an extra function for the Half-track) for more realism.
Now from here everything else other than the Brumbar looks like a Wehr rip. I agree that Panzer 4 and 3 should both be in concept, but they should play different roles. For example give them 2 or 3 upgrade paths or perhaps have the Panzer 4 act as a MBT while the Panzer 3 has a Command Tank like function that you can purchase to improve other tanks.
I like that you used PzB 39 AT rifle but perhaps it should be an infantry unit upgrade. And i can't believe anyone should say this but GOOD GOD MAN ADD SOME INFANTRY SQUADS. You have two infantry squads and they are mixed as the Italian troops should (if we do indeed plan to include them) be the first squad as they were poorly armed while the Ost-Infantry should be Grenadiers or something of the sort and act as Tier 2 Backbone Infantry.
Then you should have a Infantry squad in Tier 3/4 which is like KCH, but less nub like and make them more interesting then a bunch of nuts in black jumpsuits (all jokes aside do think of a good unit, perhaps Fallschirmjeager, SS soldiers, Panzer Grenadiers of some sort, Gebergsjeager or whatever you can think of)
And my friend don't laze off. Make doctrines. Make costs. Make names. Just stimulate the noodle. Good ideas don't come from thin-air (usually they do though
) Hope you make another plan because i think you can make something really cool if you try.

Well I liked most of the units, but the truck thing was a little British.

Lookin better mate. I like that the SS can supervise the POWs. Now just start to work up the concept from that. Add up costs, pop, perhaps a few abilities, then make doctrines and veterancy. For vet i suggest using the ACE system cause its pretty simple, but its your choice there.
Now, you have both the Panzer 3 and StuG 3. Thats cool it makes sense on the front but perhaps instead of making the StuG buildable make it a Chassis upgrade for the Panzer 3.
I also noticed that you have not added a Panther. You want the Tiger to take the role of AT tank but you also have a Brumbar to destroy infantry blobs. That's a devastating combo my friend. Perhaps a tad OP but that depends on what kind of costs you will make.
I'd prefer to see the Tiger as a doctrine thing. But it's your choice my friend. Anyway keep on making this concept bigger and i'm sure you'll get a bunch of reviews.

One thing you can do is overlook it from our view, I think I see what your getting at, but you really should delete all comments putting your concept down, I.E. the end parts"I Will delete if my concept sucks balls" well that stuff puts people into a critisising mood where their opinions are biased and dont have much consideration.

I will do some costs. I will not do them for all the units at the same time.

And why not a halftrack other than Sd. Kfz 250?
