No, he is right.
Company of Heroes online will be adding new units, ive seen the game in action. However im not 100% sure they will be that much different, expecialy the german ones. Most of the changes are like 5 - 10 different upgrades for one unit instead, but you can ony choose one or 2. I also saw a new unit called dummy paratroopers, but they looked pretty much the same as normal ones in terms of moddeling, maybe smaller, the cool thing was if you drop em it forces all german units to shoot at them for a few seconds, in mid air aswell, meaning you can sneak units around.
Anyway, dont rely on this game, although there maybe some cool new weapon skins and animations, maybe.
