Yes, just like in C&C: Generals, Vetted medium/heavy Tanks can have their crew bail out, and it could be doctrinal. Also you could have to do it manually, and the tanks get destroyed when you bail out. So you have to choose between getting the crew the hell out of there or try to make the tank survive and get repaired.But I am not sure about the repair and "repair destroyed vehicles" ability. And it would only work with T34's, and we all know how weak those are. Perhaps, since the crew is new to the tank, it would be slower to turn and less accurate?
