Ok I know I've suggested this before but there isn't a dedicated smg assault squad, which was INVENTED BY THE SOVIETS AND WAS VETY IMPORTANT IN STALINGRAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As well as guards riflemen you have guards assault squad equipped with pps43s and a grenade barrage ability+ some kind of house assault ability to force exit enemy troopers for about 80 muni upgrades: flamethrower or panzerfaust. Uses original guard model
OR
Guards upgrade: since units were given guards status for fighting well, why not make it part of a veterancy system assuggested recently? Regular squad gets pps43s but loses size to 4 (attrition?)
Original guards: give them dp28 upgrade, perhaps scoped svt40s upgrade (more like g43) 4 MEN! Same size as grenadiers because they are about the same ability!
