Greetings and Salutations to the EF Mod Staff 

im a noob modder and im having a major pain to get to this; have spent like 3 days on the net and im already very depressed....

I saw this mod and love it, but it says that it needs last patch version of the CoH, in this case the 2.601 version i guess..
It also says that it can run just with CoH, or with only OF or with both.. ok now my problems:

-First, if 2.601 version is for ToV how can i play just with my CoH copy? will this patch apply correctlly on the CoH without the expansions?
-Second, i downloaded the patch 1.0-1.4, installed and played, was normal, however, when i installed the mega patch 1.4- 2.101, it started to ask for a validation code just to start the game... i cant find this code anywhere nor can i bypass this; i tryed use the Yasu 1.4 + Demon Tools, tried to disable internet connection and to use GWC cracks... just dont know what to do anymore... 

i just wanna play skirmisher with this mod, however i cant play with the 2.101 version, so how can i reach the 2.601? will the validation code dissapear after install the next patches until 2.601?

You need 2.601 to run Eastern Front. It says that it is for Tales of Valor, but it works with any CoH game.

You will find the validation code in your Company of Heroes retail box.

Ahh i see so i just need to regular CoH, i can update it using to expansion patches up to 2.601, thats good to know,, thnks

The problem is that im from Brasil and here is very hard to find those games on small towns, i live far from Sao Paulo and other big citys, however last week a found a traveler guy selling games i bought it for 20 Reais (like 11 US dollars), but it didnt had any box man it was just 2 DvDs  so i guess i payed for a copied game or something, i dont have that validation number, just my serial number (i tought it would be enought to think the game was alright  ...
Can somoene give me a hand, there must be a way to bybass that validation on my case, any case my e-mail:

Use the serial number that you have. If that doesn't work, buy a Company of Heroes game legally from the internet, they are only US $5-$15.

If you can't do that, then I will close this topic. Other solutions are venturing into illegality.

Well i could do that but know this:

First, this price is to americans on the US, if you apply the internatinal taxes and the importation taxes that games coast like 40-50 US Dollars, witch is like 110 Reais of Brazil money - its very expensive and plus we are not rich as US lol

Anyway, i have the game already and payed for it (its not original, and thats why i cant activate), but i didnt nothing illegal since i didnt know.. i just dont understand why a patch have to be verificated anyway, nor understand why its illegal, well i dont know what i do know i just dont have that kind of cash, its too much here, anyway any computer original game is outrageous expensive on Brazil

Well if u want to close the topic you can, anyway i was hopping you understand my situation and could at least point me to a possible solution that dont involve cash (since honeslty im broked)-what im asking is a human favor, i really want to apreciate your Sweet Work on this Mod!
