install hotfix issue

 I can't seem to get the launcher to install the hotfix, for some reason the change log fills my entire screen, I can't see anything else, can't move it cuase the edges go to far beyond my screen

apparently the developers think every one has a 1900 X 1200 res?

Where is the hotfix posted that we can install it without the launcher?

Installed patch 1.03 and today 1.04

Now
1) launcher says client has 1.02 not 1.03 never mind 1.04
2) Always asks for CD installation
3) Cannot play online

Patch 1.03 seemed toinstall OK, same as 1.04

Launcher is 2.4

Any help?
