can we use Soviet Union/Ostheer in others mods?

EF is not going to harm your normal CoH in any way, you can still play it normally. Also, it does not overwrite any of the exisiting factions. It will add the new factions, and you can still play with the old ones as well.

so, playing others mods whit the new armys will be possible?

It's definitely not recommended, and two mods which change the whole core of the game generally don't work together.

I was playing the Tiger Ace Campaign and i found this...





This AT Rifle made a decent dmg to Staghound very similar dmg like Common Sniper Vs Motorbike / Jeep , maybe a Bit more... like double... anyway.
