1. In description panzernest wrote: Primary defensive stracture. can upgrade to aid station, repair station or MG emplacement.
But panzernest in the default mode is MG emplacement and cant upgrade to aid station or repair station
2. how I can upgrade concrete emplacement to flak 20mm ?

Hi, thanks for reporting those bugs. The descriptions for abilities/units are currently reworked and the error you reported will be fixed in the next EF release.
2) To put it short: You can't. The flak upgrade on concrete emplacements has been disabled for balancing reasons.
