XP or 'Green numbers' and Ostheer

This thing was bugging me since the Ostheer update, and I wonder why is the only faction that loses the XP indicators when the choosen doctrine has been completed (like vCoH), I really miss that feature, specially helpful when handling artillery and in team games.

It is not that loses it, it is because it never had it to begin with .

I asked it since I'd like to see that "feature" in Ostheer too, anyways I think I saw another topic that covered that, and IIRC this was a side effect of something with the CPs, wasn't it?

It is odd though, I checked the scripts and Ostheer is supposed to be able to do such thing as well.
