Bug, Glithc or Meanful ?

I bought Company of Heroes Anthology and downloaded a EF to it. First I likes it and i thought that hell of a mod we have here. But then I notice something odd. I played Soviet and I looked up my munition per minute and it was 0. I cheked that in our team it should be almost +50/min. When I captured more munition points it only rised about 4 or 5 even it should rise 8 or 10. So does Soviet get lower munitions or is this some odd bug??

my game is updated like it should be. And there is no anything else odd.

I know the Soviets used a munition upkeep to counter the no munition cost of some of the abilities, but since it's been awhile since I had a problem with no munition upkeep I just need to ask, are you sure you are updated to 1.5.1.0?

Soviets have a munition upkeep hence you will find youll have considerable lower munitons than other players

i wonder if it's all soviet units contribute to munitions upkeep or just vehicles/at guns/firebases?

Only weapon teams, armoured vehicles(except ZiS-5 & ISU-152) and Sturmovies.
