New Section: Tutorials

Today was created a new subforum for tutorials, because we have a lot of them and they needed their own personal space . I have moved all the tutorials to that section and the future tutorials will be added there too.

Hopefully this will help to have a better organization on this section.

Alright some people like me will need a good stamping tutorial the same style MaxiKing6 had did with action markers. But so far the Stamp tool does not work with the latest versions, such as not stamping at all.

There is already a fix released. I have it and the stamp works fine.
