PE AT HT treadbreak is buggy.  Sometimes it doesn't work.  Happened once to Glimz while he was trying to treadbreak an IS-3, and other people claim to have the same problem.  The ability will go yellow, like its being activated, but the AT HT's shots wont immobilize.

Afaik, Treadbreak cannot immobilize so easily allied "super" tanks, like Pershing and IS-3.

AT-HT has a very low penetration against them. Not saying you can't but you will need luck to fire a penetrating shot let alone that it should immobilize instead of only damage the engine.
