The info for the squads is found in the sbps folder which is for squad info such as price and entities within the squad.
The info for individual men and weapons within a squad is found in the ebps.
For instance, if you look under the sbps for the command squad, you can find out that the command squad is made up of 4 bodyguards and the major, who can be individually found in the ebps. Weapon information can be found under the combat tab. Health is under health. I don't know where to find armour type though.
