It was announced that the update posted on january was the february one and the second one of december the january one.

Those updates were moved to those dates in order to fulfill our promise about ModDB contest, we said that if we made it on the top 100, january's update would be posted on december, and if we got onto the top 5, february's update would be posted on january... hence, no update on february.
