For some reason, the topic I posted there is locked so I think better move our discussion to this one.

And yes, I saw a lot of our people disagreed with what I am suggesting which I an very mush appreciated and couldn't agree more that in normal circumstance the unlimited super unit might not necessary.

However, for what I am talking is in the map where fuel supply is strictly limited (Kursk, for example). Thus, the common practice of massing the Panther or even Marder III is almost impossible and for the faction that heavily rely on fuel such as the Panzer Elite, this situation put them in the disadvantage.

True, enough, you can rely on AT gun or Jadgepanzer to do the job but that is still far from enough to counter the horde of KV or similar super unit. Let me remind you that the Jadgpanzer is barely a match for KV and is lacking the counter infantry capability.

Further more, the use of multiple Tiger is not new to the CoH, at the earlier version the Blitzkrieg Doctrine is able to call on the unlimited number of Tiger. Now that it has the enemy who can employ a similar role, I think it is fair that axis player should regain its capability as its foe is no longer a soft-shell Sherman but a mighty KV. We better keep that in mind.

The thread was locked because there was nothing more to discuss. Apart from the fact that this would give a shit kick to balance, the EF devs will not modify vCoH gameplay or balance unless it is universally agreed upon by Gamereplays experts or relic.

How the hell is it "common practice" to mass panthers or marders? Perhaps you should play less compstomps. KV-2 is in no way a super unit. It is similar in capability to a churchill AVRE. The only super unit russians have is the ISU-152, which IS limited to 1 at a time.

Also, you should not have made a new topic but rather requested of blackbishop or burro or whoever else may have locked the topic that it be reopened.
If you get into an argument with me, you're wrong.

lol, if you want massing Panther there must be something wrong....
GodlikeDennis stated it very clearly - there is no point in making unlimited Tigers because it would totally destroy balance. Hell, there wouldn't be even slightly balanced.

Wait...PE don't require fuel to pump out panthers once you reach that teching point...so what disadvantage?? In fact that's one of the smaller 2v2 issues with PE cause they can spam them to no end not caring about fuel points.(although they reasoned at the time it was a counterbalance to the brits overflow of fuel/muni at that stage lol)

Anyways...its locked cause like Dennis said...we won't mess with vanilla balance that way...no
